Women's Finance Insight Programme

Nordea Norway is currently inviting Bachelor and Master students to the fifth edition of our Women’s Finance Insight Programme. The programme will serve as an introduction to Investment Banking & Equities (IB&E) and Markets, and we wish to offer you valuable insights to the life as a banker at Nordea. 


Throughout the programme, you will enhance your skills in finance and meet professionals from our different divisions. You will learn how these divisions interlink and participate in case cracking & valuation workshops with our experienced teams, with opportunity for questions and networking. 


The first and final sessions will be held at our Oslo office, cost for domestic travel and accommodation will be covered by Nordea. For the final session you will be invited to a dinner where we will summarise the programme.  


Participants selected to the programme will also meet with professionals responsible for recruiting in IB&E and Markets.


When: 7 sessions 2026; 29/1, 5/2, 12/2, 19/2, 26/2, 5/3, 12/3 

Where: Teams (2hr sessions), first and final session at the Nordea HQ, Oslo
