We are looking for dedicated and ambitious students who want to spend the next semester working on challenging and rewarding projects within development finance in our Oslo office. Our investment areas are Renewable Energy, Green Infrastructure, Financial Inclusion, Scalable Enterprises and Funds.
As an intern you will work full time in one of these investment areas or with the Strategy & Communication Department.
All interns will get an extensive introduction to Norfund’s operations and participate in the Norfund week in August, our week-long annual strategy meeting with all employees. We are now recruiting interns for these five departments:
As an intern in Norfund, you will have the opportunity to participate in projects throughout the investment cycle and contribute with analyses on companies, sectors and countries.
In addition, the five interns will work on a joint strategic project throughout the internship.

Norfund invests in profitable and sustainable companies in some of the world’s poorest countries and most challenging markets. Our aim is to contribute to economic growth and poverty reduction, and we have the largest specialized team in Norway for investments in developing countries.
