We are welcoming inquisitive, ambitious female students to join us in our Oslo office for the Insight Day 2023.
Program participants will have the opportunity to interact with peers and the Norvestor team, introducing you to the skills necessary to succeed in a career in Private Equity. Interactive sessions are followed by a social program and food & drinks in the evening. From the Insight Day, you will get an introduction to the Private Equity industry, an understanding of our investment philosophy and of our approach to supporting value creation in our portfolio companies.
Participants will be given the opportunity of an accelerated recruitment process for internship.
We are looking for
•Female students in the fields of finance/business/economics or engineering with strong academic results
•Candidates with a genuine interest in investing and/or active ownership, management consulting and investment banking
•Strong commercial, quantitative, and communication skills. Fluency in English
