The graduate programme is designed to kickstart your career. The programme is for 2 years and you’ll have rotations during that time with clear learning objectives to support your growth. You’ll be connected to several people, that will give you sparring, guidance and support throughout the whole programme. You’ll also be offered mentoring, to ensure your personal and professional growth.
You will enter a focused customer track where you get introduced to all Nordea's customer segments and the range of products and services provided to our customers.

What you’ll be doing:
As the Graduate in Nordea Life and Pension you will hold a specific position in one of our development units that are responsible for modernizing the way we run our business, and you will take an active part in creating future solutions. According to your background and interest, we can offer exciting opportunities in the areas of Business Development, Project Management, or Change Management.
We will select your concrete assignments, based on the career path we together decide on. Examples of some of the tasks you will be responsible for and/or participate in could be:
