Spond is a fast-growing Norwegian technology company based in Oslo. With the support of our enthusiastic users, the Spond team has built a market-leading service for organizing teams, groups and clubs around the world, simplifying their everyday lives and saving volunteers and sports leaders millions of hours of admin time. The Spond app currently has more than 1,300,000 monthly active users, and we are experiencing rapid growth and massive interest in markets outside of Norway, both in Europe and in the US. Our ambition is to transform this industry globally!
The Spond team consists of 30 highly skilled professionals, spread across three offices (Norway, the United Kingdom, and China). We are actively looking for new talents to support our international ambitions, and have previously successfully hosted several internships for students to take part in our journey.
About the internship
We are looking for a team of motivated problem solvers to take part in an 8-week long internship, to support our continued efforts to scale both in and outside of Norway. The internship is project based, where each intern will drive and be responsible for a key strategic project. Our strategy & growth interns will work closely with key stakeholders at Spond to ensure progress and learning. In addition, the interns will also support operational tasks relevant to their area of study and expertise.

Strong record of academic achievement.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in English.
Ability to resonate commercially and to execute on opportunities.
Ability to take leadership and responsibility in a project setting working in teams.
Comfortable working with and building relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
