About this opportunity
Welcome to the Corporate Finance team. We offer advice to our clients in relation to public and private mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”) as well as initial public offerings and other equity capital markets (“ECM”) transactions. Our comprehensive deal experience and track-record coupled with the unmatched financial strength of the bank allows us to offer our clients a unique full-service proposition encompassing both advise and financing. Our pan-Nordic setup currently consists of approximately 100 employees across our offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo, with ca. 20 people based in Oslo.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll join a strong and expanding team that has succesfully executed on some of the largest M&A and ECM transactions during 2020 and 2021. The role(s) is(are) based in Oslo.
